                                  JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of directions to the 1st

respondent to accept application form and exam fee, issue hall tickets and to

provisionally permit the petitioner to attend the 2nd Semester M.B.A

Examinations scheduled to be held in July 2016.

When this matter came up for admission on 01.07.2016, this court

directed the respondents to permit the petitioner provisionally to apply for

the II Semester M.B.A. Examinations.

It appears from records that the University issued hall ticket and

permitted the petitioner to appear for the examinations. The order has

worked itself out and nothing further survives in this writ petition.

This writ petition is closed.
