                            JUDGMENT

The original petition is filed, to direct the Court of

the Munsiff, Kottarakkara, to consider and dispose of

O.S.No.735/2016 within a time frame.

2. Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court

on 05.04.2022, the learned Munsiff, Kottarakkara, by

communication dated 10.05.2022, has informed this

Court that the above suit can be disposed of within six

months.

3. Heard; Sri. Arun Raj, the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner. Even though notice has

been served on the respondents, there is no

appearance for them.

4. In the light of the pleadings and materials on

record, and the above mentioned communication of the

learned Munsiff, in exercise of the supervisory powers

of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of O.P.(C)No.681/2022

India, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, Kottarakkara,

to consider and dispose of O.S.No.735/2016, in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at

any rate, on or before 31.03.2023.

The original petition is ordered accordingly.
