                        JUDGMENT

The original petition is filed, interalia, to direct

the Court of the Principal Munsiff, Irinjalakuda to

consider and dispose of O.S.No.3/2021, within a time

frame.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 14.06.2022 passed

by this Court, the learned Munsiff, Irinjalakuda, by

communication dated 20.06.2022, has informed this

Court that O.S.No.3/2021 can be disposed of within a

period of six months.

3. Heard; Sri.Jithin Babu A., the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioners. Even though service is

complete on the respondent, there is no appearance

for her.

In the light of the pleadings and the materials on

record and after perusing the communication of the OP(C) NO. 773 OF 2022

learned Munsiff and in exercise of the supervisory

powers of this Court under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Principal

Munsiff, Irinjalakuda to consider and dispose of

O.S.No.3/2021 in accordance with law, as expeditiously

as possible, at any rate on or before 10.04.2023.
