In spite of sufficient opportunities provided to the respondent to pay the entire retiral benefits to the petitioner, the respondent has not cared to comply with the directions contained in the judgment in its entirety.

2. At one point of time, an appeal was filed with a huge delay and the same was also dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court and even after the same, by saying one reason or other, the contempt petition is being protracted. The attitude adopted by the respondent is contemptuous in nature.

3. In that view of the matter, there will be a direction to the respondent to pay the entire amounts, including the salary, DCRG and other benefits, to the petitioner within two weeks, failing which the respondent shall be present before this Court in the next posting date to proceed with the Contempt Petition.

Post the matter on 15.07.2022.
