                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner, the owner of a stage carriage

bearing Registration No.KL-49/8586 has approached

this Court seeking permission to remit the Motor

Transport Workers' Welfare Fund dues in

installments.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the

respondent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and

having regard to the pleadings, this writ petition is

disposed of with a direction to the respondent to

permit the petitioner to pay the dues in respect of

the Motor Transport Workers' Welfare Fund in six

equated monthly installments, commencing from

15.07.2022. On payment of the first installment as WP(C).No.21599 OF 2022

above, the respondent shall issue necessary

clearance certificate to the petitioner.
