        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the Judgment and decree in OS No.58/1999 and further proceedings in EP
   No.59/2019 in O.S No.58/1999 on the file of the Sub Court, Hosdurg,
   Kasargod pending disposal of the above appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and considering
   this court's order dated 21/06/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the petitioners and of SRI.M.SASINDRAN, ADVOCATE
   FOR R1 and of SRI.SOORAJ T.ELENJICKAL, SRI.C.R.SYAMKUMAR, SRI.K.ARJUN
   VENUGOPAL, SMT.HELEN P.A., SRI.ARUN ROY, SRI.SHAHIR SHOWKATH ALI,
   Advocates for the 2nd respondent, the court passed the following:
