          38/625, SANGAMAM BYE LANE-3, PADIVATTOM, EDAPPALLY SOUTH VILLAGE,
          KANAYANNUR TALUK, ERNAKULAM DISTRICT-682024.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and enforcement of the judgment and decree dated 05/03/2016 passed in
   O.S.No.562/2011 by the Additional Subordinate Judge-I, Ernakulam, pending
   disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
   07/06/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.P.C.SASIDHARAN, SC for
   the petitioner and of SRI.C.VARGHESE KURIAKOSE, Advocate for the
   respondent, the court passed the following:
