     This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on
01.07.2022, the court on the same day passed the following:

                    [arising out of judgment dated 02.03.2020 in W.P.(C) No.6214/2020]

                                               ORDER

It appears that, even after the dismissal of the review petition,

R.P. No.206/2021, on 02.03.2022, and in spite of this Court's order,

passed as early as on 07.04.2022, the respondent Tahsildar has not cared

to comply with the directions in the judgment, for re-assessment of the

subject property in terms of Sec.6A of the Kerala Land Tax Act. The

respondent Tahsildar is given last opportunity to comply with the

directions, failing which he should personally appear before this Court, on

the next posting date. The respondent Tahsildar will also show cause as to

why this Court shall not impose exemplary costs on him for disobedience

of the directions in the judgment and if personal costs is so ordered, then

not even a single paise can be taken from the public funds and the same

shall be entirely borne from the personal funds of the respondent officer.

List the case for appearance on 13.07.2022.
