                                     JUDGMENT

Dated this the 1st day of July 2022

This writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs:

(i) call for the records leading up to Ext.P2 and issue a writ of certiorari quashing Ext.P2.

(ii) declare that the petitioner is entitled to conduct T.S.No.96/16-17 as before on the strength of Ext.P1 licence and no separate D&O licence under the Panchayat Raj Act from the 1st respondent is necessary as declared in the decision reported in Ext.P3.

(iii) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing respondents 1 and 3 not to interfere in any manner with the functioning of T.S.No.96/16-17 Aloor - Gate toddy shop in implementation of Ext.P2.

(iv) restrain the first and third respondents from implementing Ext.P2 stop memo which is ex-facie illegal.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned

counsel for the petitioner Sri.M.C.John submitted that the petitioner is not

pressing the writ petition.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner,

this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
