                                     JUDGMENT

Dated this the 1st day of July 2022

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

i. issue a writ in the nature of a declaration, declaring that petitioner has a deemed license under Section 236(3) of Panchayat Raj Act.

ii. issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to issue formal renewal of license to the petitioner for conducting the unit as applied for vide Ext.P2 and P3 applications for the period 2016-17.

iii. Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents not to interfere with the functioning of the unit being conducted by the petitioner, on the strength of the deemed license.

iv. issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing Exts.P4 and P4(a).
