        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to lift the disabled status of Director Identification No.06498647
   of the petitioner in Exhibits P2 forthwith, as it is covered by the ruling
   in Zacharia Maramkandathil Mohanan and Others V. Union of India and
   Others; 2021 (3) KHC 550 of this Hon'ble Court.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/s. K.C.HARISH and K.R.MONISHA, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   ASSISTANT SOLICITOR GENERAL OF INDIA for the Respondents, the court passed
   the following:

                                             ORDER

Admit.

Learned Assistant Solicitor General of India takes notice for the respondents.

In the light of Exhibit P4 judgment and Exhibit P5 interim order, there shall be an interim order directing the 2nd respondent to lift the disablement of Director Identification Number (DIN) of the petitioner.
