                       JUDGMENT

Sri.Jafar Khan - learned Senior Government Pleader,

submitted that the order now issued by the Tahsildar will

be withdrawn, so that a fresh survey and such other

necessary steps can be taken, and completed before

issuing a new final order.

2. I deem it apposite to accede to the afore request

of Sri.Jafar Khan, particularly because Sri.M.R.Dhanil -

learned counsel for the petitioner, does not oppose it.

Resultantly, recording the afore submissions of

Sri.Jafar Khan and allowing all necessary action to be

taken in terms of the judgment, I close this Contempt

approach this Court again if no fresh orders are issued by

the respondent within a period of three months from the CON.CASE(C) NO. 1032 OF 2022

date of receipt of a copy of this order.
