          VILLAGE, THODUPUZHA TALUK, IDUKKI DISTRICT.

   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT

          STATE OF KERALA, REPRESENTED BY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF
          KERALA, ERNAKULAM - 682 031.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the applicant by
   the judgment of guilty conviction and sentence in S.C.No.648/2014 of the
   Court of the Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Ernakulam dated 21.12.2021
   and release the applicant on bail pending disposal of the above criminal
   appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of AJEESH M UMMER, Advocate for the
   petitioner and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the
   following:
                                      ORDER

Execution of sentence shall stand suspended on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with two solvent sureties for the like sum each at the court below and on further deposit of the fine amount of Rs.10,000/- within one month from today.
