JUDGMENT
Dated this the 3rd day of January, 2022
The above writ petition is filed seeking following prayers:
"1. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to produce the entire documents pertaining to the tender process.
2. Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari, quashing the acceptance of the quotations which are over-rated.
3. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct the tender process in a transparent, fair and legal manner by accepting competitive bids in accordance with law, natural justice, equity and the spirit of open competition.
4. Grant such other reliefs which are incidental to this proceedings in the interest of justice."
2. When this matter came up for consideration on
22.03.2012, this Court issued the following order:
"When the matter came up for orders, learned counsel for the petitioner sought a stay of supply, pursuant to the contract awarded to respondents 3 to 6. However, WP(C) NO. 4474 OF 2012
learned counsel for respondents submitted that supply has already been effected. This submission is recorded. Respondent to file counter affidavit".
In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in this
writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed.
