limit prescribed in the judgment dated 03-12-2021 in WP(C) No.24706/2021

This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's Judgment
dated 3-12-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SENIOR GOVERNMENT
PLEADER for the petitioners in IA/respondents in WP(C) and of M/S.SANTHEEP
ANKARATH & C.K.SHERIN, Advocates for respondent in IA/petitioner in WP(C),
   the court passed the following:-
                                      ORDER

This application has been filed to extend the time frame fixed in the judgment for a period of six months from 13-01-2022.

Sri. Sandeep Ankarath, learned Counsel for the petitioner who opposes this IA vehemently says that the original time frame granted by this Court is only one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment and the present request is egregiously excessive . I must say that the substantial force in the submission of the petitioner and allow this IA and the time frame for complying the direction in the judgment is extended for a period of three months from 13-01-2022.

                                                 Sd/- DEVAN RAMACHANDRAN JUDGE
