                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 13th day of January, 2022

By judgment dated 07.05.2021, this Court disposed of

Writ Petition No.11195 of 2021 directing the 2 nd respondent-

District Collector to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 appeal

filed by the petitioner, within a period of two months.

2. The petitioner in the writ petition filed this Contempt

of Court Case alleging non-compliance of the directions

contained in Annexure-1 judgment.

3. When this Contempt of Court Case came for hearing

today, the learned Government Pleader submitted that

pursuant to the directions of this Court, the District Collector

has passed an order on 20.12.2021 remitting the matter back

to the Tahsildar.

4. As the respondent has complied with the order

though belatedly, this Court finds that there is substantial

compliance and no further orders are required in the Contempt

of Court Case.

Recording the submission made by the learned

Government Pleader, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
