                           JUDGMENT

It is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that an

order has been passed by the respondents on 27.12.2021. The

learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may

have to challenge the said order.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous,

without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach afresh

challenging the order passed by the respondents.
