                            OF KERALA, ERNAKULAM - 682 018.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings based on the
   judgment delivered in ST No.267 of 17 as seen as Annexure 1 pending
   consideration of the above Crl.Miscellaneous case in the interest of
   justice.
        This Application coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. G.SREEKUMAR (CHELUR),
   Advocate for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor for R1, the court
   passed the following:
                                     ORDER

The condition to deposit the fine amount of Rs. 80,000/- in Annexure -VI order shall stand stayed till the next posting date.
