        OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings in E.P.No.13/2008 in O.P.No.114/06
   of the Family Court, Kottarakara pending final disposal of this Original
   Petition.


        This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and this Court's
   order dated 14.01.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GEORGE
   VARGHESE(PERUMPALLIKUTTIYIL), A.R.DILEEP, P.J.JOE PAUL, MANU SRINATH

                                              ORDER
