                              JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :

"(i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ, order or direction calling for the records pertaining to Ext.P5 notice and quash the same as illegal

(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to stop all further proceedings of Ext.P5 notice till the final disposal of the above Writ Petition.

(i) Grant such other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." [SIC]

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration,

the learned Government Pleader submitted that probably, the

prayers in this writ petition have become infructuous.

In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is

dismissed as infructuous.
