The above writ petition is filed with the following

prayers:

"(A) To issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 application as expeditiously as possible within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court.

(B) Any other relief which this Honourable Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. A perusal of the prayers in the writ petition

itself shows that the prayers are infructuous.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as
