        This Civil misc. case(pauper) praying that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to allow
   the appellants to appeal against the Judgment and Decree of the Sub Court,
   North Paravur in O.S.No.108/2012 dated 16/09/2021 as indigent persons.

        This CMCP coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the
   affidavit filed in support thereof , and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.JAYAPRASAD.M.R, Advocate for petitioners the court passed the
   following.

                                            ORDER

Call for a report from the concerned District Collector with respect to the allegation in the application to file this appeal as an indigent person.
