     Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents one and two to provisionally reinstate
the petitioner, pending disposal of the above writ petition.


     This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S.N.M.MADHU & C.S.RAJANI, Advocates for the petitioner and of
SRI.P.C.SASIDHARAN, STANDING COUNSEL for Respondents, the court passed the
following:

Sri. P.C. Sasidharan, the learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the

respondents.

2. Sri. N.M. Madhu, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that though the petitioner was placed under suspension on

10.07.2021 and six months periods of suspension had elapsed on 10.01.2022,

he is still kept out of service. The learned counsel prays for an interim prayer

to reinstate the petitioner back in service owing to the delay. Reliance is

placed on the judgment of the Apex Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary v.

Union of India Through Its. Secretary and Another [2015 KHC 4191] to

substantiate the contentions.

The learned Standing Counsel seeks an adjournment to get

instructions.
