        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the 1st respondent to pass an award in respect of 1 cent
   of land which is the 3rd Schedule in Ext P1 sale deed, fixing compensation
   at the same rate as has been fixed in respect of the adjoining lands
   acquired invoking the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.MATHEW JOHN (K) & ABY J AUGUSTINE Advocates for the petitioner and of
   the GOVERNMENT PLEADER, the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

Government Pleader seeks further time to get instructions and file a statement.

Reference shall be made to the earlier judgments of this Court while filing the statement and the Stand of the Revenue officers as per records with regard to the present state of affairs shall also be stated in the statement.
