        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree dated 26.02.2015 in OS.No.583/2010 on the file
   of the Principal Sub Judge,Kottayam, in the interrest of justice.


        This Application again coming on for orders on this day upon
   perusing the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and
   this Court's order dated 20.10.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.C.RAJENDRAN & SRI.B.K.GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocates for the petitioner,and
   of SRI.G.GOPAKUMAR (PARTY IN PERSON) the court passed the following:
