        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence passed against the
   petitioners/accused 1 to 3 in the judgment dated 06.03.2019 in SC No
   175/2012 passed by the Additional Assistant Sessions Court, Thalassery as
   confirmed in the judgment dated 24.11.2022 in Crl.Appeal No 76/2019 on the
   files of the Additional Sessions Court-II, Thalassery until the final
   disposal of the above Crl.RP, in the interest of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.NANDAGOPAL S.KURUP, ABHIRAM T.K. &
   NANDAGOPAL S.KURUP, Advocates for the petitioners and the PUBLIC
   PROSECUTOR for the respondent,    the Court passed the following:
                                       ORDER

The execution of sentence of the petitioners shall stand suspended on condition that each petitioners shall execute a bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the court below.
