                             JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed for the following relief:-

"(i). To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the respondents to grant building number to the building constructed in land in Re-Survey No.116/13 in the ownership of the petitioner as per B.L No.123/12-13 issued by the 3rd respondent."

2. When the writ petition came up for further

consideration today, Sri.P.A.Rejimon, the learned

counsel representing Sri.U.Balagangadharan submits

that, the 3rd respondent has no objection in granting

number to the building constructed by the petitioner

and the building number will be assigned within a

period of one month.

This is recorded and the writ petition is closed.
