Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the

respondents to effect corrections in the survey plan in respect of the

lands covered by Exts.P1 and P2 by considering the representations

evidenced by Exts.P4, P6 & P7 receipts.

3. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that the

representations have been received and are pending.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of

directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the

representations evidenced by Exts.P4, P6 & P7, after hearing the

petitioner and other interest parties, at the earliest, at any rate,

within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
