         DATED 13/09/2021 IN IA NO.3/2021].

          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the

   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to grant stay to the

   operation/execution of EP No. 98 of 2020 filed before the Sub Court,

   Kollam in Judgment and Decree dated 29.02.2020 in O.S.No.50/2017 on the

   file of the Principal Sub Court, Kollam, in the interest of justice.



          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the

   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's

   order dated 19.07.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THOMAS
