Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner

and the learned appearing Counsel for the respondent

bank and taking into consideration the contents of the

affidavit in support of I.A. No.1 of 2022, the time for

payment of 1st installment in terms of the directions

contained in the judgment dated 06.05.2022 in W.P.(C.)

No.15362 of 2022 shall be extended to 16.09.2022.

Subsequent installment shall be paid on or before 16 th

day of succeeding months.
