          SATHEESH, AGED 57 YEARS, S/O KRISHNAN, KANNIMARI P.O., MOOLATHARA,
          CHITTUR TALUK, PALAKKAD DISTRICT


         OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
   along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay the operation and
   implementation of Exhibit P6 order dated 18-03-2022 in EP No. 181/2018 in O.S No.
   222/2013 on the file of the court of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Palakkad, pending
   disposal of the Original Petition (C) in the interest of justice.


          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the
   affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated 09.06.2022 and upon
   hearing the arguments of M/S BINOY VASUDEVAN & R.MANIKANTAN, Advocates for the
   petitioner and of SRI.V.PREMNATH, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the
   following:

The interim order dated 13.5.2022 will stand extended by three months.
