        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all proceedings in EP No. 191 of 2019 in F.D.I.A. No. 1702 of 2017 in OS
   No. 16 of 2016 on the files of Additional Sub Court- I, Kozhikode pending
   disposal of the above Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   01.08.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. K.M.FIROZ, Advocate for
   the petitioner and of M/S. M. MUHAMMED SHAFI & K.MOHANAKANNAN, Advocates
   for the respondent 1, and SRI.DIPU JAMES Advocate for R2 and R5 the court
   passed the following:
