The learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner submits that the review petition has become

infructuous, in view of the fact that E.P.No.28/2019

that was filed to sell the property of the respondent is

dismissed as not pressed. Therefore, without prejudice

to the right of the review petitioner to prosecute the

E.P.No.51/2016, which is filed against the respondent

for personal execution, this review petition is closed.
