     A.M.SHAFI, AGED 35 YEARS, S/O ABDULLAH, PALLI STREET, POONTHURA
     P.O., MUTTATHARA VILLAGE, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM TALUK.



     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
of the judgment and decree dated 10.12.2015 in O.S. No. 104/2012 in the
files of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Nedumangad and its execution
thereof, until the disposal of the appeal.

     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of K.R.VINOD, Advocates for the petitioners, the court passed the

Heard.

The report of the District Collector is

received. It is reported that the petitioner

has no sufficient means to pay the Court Fee,

which comes to Rs.2,18,400/- and an additional

affidavit is also submitted stating zero balance

pertaining to the Bank account maintained by

the petitioner/appellant. Hence, permission is

granted to file and prosecute this appeal as an

indigent person subject to the liability under

Order XXXIII Rule 14 CPC.
