2. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a

direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P2 representation within a reasonable time. Ext.P2 is seen

dated 04.10.2021.

In view of the limited prayer made in the writ petition,

the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2 nd respondent to

consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 after hearing the

petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within three months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
