        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   limit prescribed in the Judgment dated 20-06-2022 in Writ Petition(Civil)
    2305 of 2022 by a further period of six weeks from 17-08-2022.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.M.GOPIKRISHNAN NAMBIAR, K.JOHN MATHAI, JOSON MANAVALAN, KURYAN
   THOMAS, PAULOSE C. ABRAHAM, RAJA KANNAN,Advocates for petitioner in IA/2nd
   respondent in WP(C), SRI.GEORGE CHERIAN (SENIOR ADVOCATE) along with M/S.
   K.S.SANTHI, LATHA SUSAN CHERIAN, ALEXY AUGUSTINE, GEORGE A.CHERIAN,
   Advocates for respondent 1 in IA/petitioner in WP(C),GOVERNMENT PLEADER
   for respondent 2 in IA/respondent 1 in WP(C) and of SRI.P.U.SHAILAJAN,
   STANDING COUNSEL for respondent 3 in IA/WP(C), the court passed the
   following:-
                                      ORDER

Having gone through the affidavit and having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, I find that reasonable ground has been made out for extending the time stipulated in the judgment.

Accordingly, the time specific in the last paragraph of the judgment is extended up to 28-09-2022.
