             Review Petition No.726 of 2022 in
              Arbitration Request No.96 of 2018
                 ==========================
           Dated this the 31st day of August, 2022

                                ORDER

The Arbitration Request was ordered by this Court

on 23.06.2022 appointing an Arbitrator. The order of

appointment is sought to be reviewed essentially

contending that, the order under Section 8 of the

Arbitration Act referring the parties to arbitration is

pending challenge before this Court in O.P No.1678 of

2018. The OP was taken up today for hearing along with

this Review Petition. As per a separate judgment the OP

has been dismissed. There is no error apparent

warranting review of the order.

Review Petition is accordingly dismissed. Needless

to say that it shall be open for the parties to urge

their contentions on the merits, before the Arbitrator.
