                                        JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with

the following prayers :

A)issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to afford adequate and effective police protection to ensure the smooth conduct of the election to the managing committee of Naduvannur High School Society, which is scheduled to be held on 03.05.2022. B)Issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 petition and afford adequate and necessary Police protection for the smooth conduct of the election to the managing committee of Naduvannur High School Society scheduled to be held on 03.05.2022.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. WP(C) NO.14850/2022

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances

of the case, there will be direction to the 2 nd

respondent to take up Ext.P5 complaint made by

the petitioner on 26.04.2022, which is evidenced

by Ext.P6 receipt of the same day and to ensure

maintenance of law and order in the area in

question, by taking such steps required.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
