                              JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court

complaining police harassment at the hands of the 4 th

respondent at the instance of one Binu Chacko,

Kaniyamparambil.

2. The matter came up for consideration today,

the learned Government Pleader upon instructions,

submitted that, the petitioner was call to the police

station on a complaint filed by one Binu Chacko

regarding certain financial transaction with the

petitioner. When the police found that the complaint

is in nature of a civil dispute, parties were relegated

to work out their remedies before appropriate forum

and thereafter the petitioner was not summon to the

police station at all.
