                      J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is the holder of a regular permit. As

per proceedings dated 15.07.2021, the RTA granted

variation as sought for by the petitioner, subject to

settlement of timings. The grievance of the petitioner

is that, the timings are yet to be settled and the

varied permit issued.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned Senior Government Pleader.

3. Without expressing anything on the merits, this

writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to

have the timing conference convened for settling the

timings of the petitioner's vehicle and to have the

varied permit issued in the next timing conference to be

held, and at any rate within a period of 45 days from WP(C) NO. 10837 OF 2022

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, with due

notice to the affected/interested parties.
