                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 5th day of April, 2022

This writ petition is filed seeking directions to respondents 1 and

2 to consider the request of the petitioner in Ext.P7 application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned standing

counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 as well as the learned

Government Pleader.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an

application had been submitted before the 2nd respondent on 06.11.2020

seeking the issuance of a covering letter for the revised electrical plan

to be submitted before the 3rd respondent. It is submitted that Ext.P6

reply had been given on 06.03.2021 stating that there is no Electrical

Wing for the Municipality. The petitioner has thereupon submitted

Ext.P7 application seeking forwarding of the revised electrical plan to

the 3rd respondent through the respondent-Municipality. It is submitted

that the same is liable to be acted upon, at the earliest.

4. Having heard the learned standing counsel also, there will be a WP(C) NO. 12341 OF 2022

direction to the 2nd respondent to take up Ext.P7 application and to take

appropriate action on the same, at the earliest, at any rate, within a

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
