        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to

        i) pass an order of stay of the operation and implementation of the
   judgment and decree dated 09/10/2020 in OS No.6 of 2019 on the files of
   the Sub Court, Attingal , until the disposal of the above appeal and

        ii) Communicate the        order to the S.R.O Chirayinkeezhu and Village
   Office, Chirayinkeezhu.




        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 19/7/2021 in I.A.No.2/2020 and order dated 23/07/2021 in
   I.A.No.1/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.MATHEW KURIAKOSE,
   SRI.J.KRISHNAKUMAR (ADOOR), SRI.MONI GEORGE, Advocates for the petitioners
   and of SRI.LATHEESH SEBASTIAN, Advocate for the respondents, the court
   passed the following:
