The first petitioner is the holder of a regular

stage carriage permit. Ext.P2 application has been

submitted by the petitioners jointly seeking transfer of

the permit in the name of the second petitioner. The

application was filed in July, 2021, but so far it has

not been ordered, is the grievance of the petitioners.

2. Without expressing anything on the merits, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the first

respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on

the application as expeditiously as possible and at any

rate within a period of two months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is made clear

that it shall be open for the respondents to have the W. P. (C) No.19236 of 2021

application considered by circulation in terms of Rule

130 of the Kerala Motor Vehicle Rules.
