        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP 167/2017 in OS 525/2013 of the Principal Sub
   Court, Irinjalakuda pending disposal of this Original Petition (Civil) in
   the interest of justice.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S K.S.RAJESH, M.SHAJU PURUSHOTHAMAN & M.K.FAISAL Advocates, for the
   petitioner, the court passed the following:

                                       O R D E R

Issue notice on admission to the respondents thorugh speed post. Alternatively, the petitioner is permitted to serve notice on the counsel appearing for the respondents before the court below and produce a memo regarding such service.

There shall be an interim stay of further proceedings in EP No. 167/2017 in O.S No. 525/2013 of the Principal Sub Court, Irinjalakuda, for a period of one month, on condition of the petitioner remitting an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) within the said period of one month.
