   APPLICANT/APPELLANT:

          ARUN, AGED 40 YEARS S/O.LOHITHAKSHAN, MELITTE HOUSE, ANCHERY DESOM,
          OLLUR VILLAGE, THRISSUR-680006.

   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT:

          STATE OF KERALA, REPRESENTED BY THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF
          KERALA, ERNAKULAM-682031.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the
   Applicant/Appellant, by the judgment of conviction and sentence in
   judgment of conviction and sentence in judgment S.C.No. 436 of 2015 of the
   Court of the (Fast Track) Special Judge,Thrissur, dated 16.09.2021, and
   release the applicant/appellant on bail subject to such terms and
   conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to impose in the
   facts of the case, pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal, so as to
   secure the ends of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of P.VIJAYA BHANU (SR.), P.M.RAFIQ,
   M.REVIKRISHNAN, AJEESH K.SASI, MITHA SUDHINDRAN, POOJA PANKAJ, SRUTHY N.
   BHAT, RAHUL SUNIL, Advocates for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR
   for the respondents, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Heard.

The execution of sentnece shall stand suspended on condition

of the appellant executing a bond for Rs.40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand

only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction

of the trial court and also on condition to deposit the fine amount within

a period of one month from today.
