        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to passing of order dated 19-02-2021 in EP No.
   147/2015 by the Additional District Judge- II, Palakkad, pending disposal
   of the above CRP.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 7.9.2021, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S RAJESH
   SIVARAMANKUTTY, ARUL MURALIDHARAN, JAEONA JAMES & K.VIJINA, Advocates for
   the petitioner, the court passed the following:

Learned counsel on either side submits that they are willing to explore the possibility of settling the whole issue through mediation and will get back after consulting their parties.
