All that the petitioner seeks for is a direction to

respondents to consider Ext.P1 application submitted by

him for grant of regular permit. The application was

submitted as early as in November 2020 and yet orders

are not passed, is the grievance of the petitioner.

2. Without expressing anything on the merits, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents

to consider Ext.P1 application in a meeting of the first

respondent, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate

within a period of two months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment.

Though the petitioner has sought for passing of

orders on circulation in terms of Rule 130 of the Kerala

Motor Vehicle Rules, the application being one for W. P. (C) No.18760 of 2021

issuance of fresh permit, I am not inclined to grant the

relief.
