        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings on  Exhibit P3, pending disposal
   of this Writ Petition.

        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S M.A.ABDUL HAKHIM, JOSEPH GEORGE Advocates for the petitioners, the

                                   O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this

writ petition on account of change of

circumstances pursuant to Ext.P1

judgment. It is submitted on behalf of

the petitioner that pursuant to Ext.P2

offer letter, petitioner has joined

the new company and is now assured of

a monthly pay. Petitioner submits that

he can continue to repay the amounts

due under the loan if the account is

rescheduled.

                       Adv.Sri.Paulochan                Antony,

            appearing        for    the    respondents       seek

            time to get instructions.             Even though

             the        learned             counsel      for         the

             respondents         objected         to   rescheduling

the loan, he seeks further time to get

instructions in the matter. Petitioner

shall not be dispossessed till the

next posting.
