        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
  affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
  of Judgment of the Rent Control Appellate Authority/Additional District
  Court-II, Thalassery in R.C.A.No.38 of 2018 dated 29/10/2019 confirming the
  Order of the Rent Control Court(Principal Munsiff) Kannur in R.C.P No.37 of
  2017 dated 27.1.2018, pending disposal of the Revision.

       This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
  application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
  order dated 19.3.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.SUDHISH,
  M.MANJU & SUSHANTH.J., Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.V.R.KESAVA
  KAIMAL, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following:

Interim order is extended for a period of four months, on

condition that the petitioner-tenant shall pay arrears of rent as on

date, within a period of one month, and shall continue to pay

monthly rent for the subsequent period, without any default,

during the pendency of this revision.
