                                   ORDER

In view of the fact that the judgment was dated

04.02.2021 and sufficient time had been granted for the

compliance with the same, I am of the opinion that the

continued refusal of the respondents to comply with the

same is completely unjustified. An application submitted for

extension of time after the Contempt of Court Case was filed

before this Court also stands dismissed.

In the above view of the matter, the respondents are

duty bound to take action in accordance with the judgment.

Time is granted till 16.09.2021.

Post on 16.09.2021.
